How can I send my images for processing?
Just email the best quality version of your artwork that you have

How do I get my completed images back?
Completed images will be sent back to you through email . We will return the images via the same medium in which we received the File.

Where do I begin?
Send us your enquiry now. Email it to us at info@anagra.in. If you have an image that you want vectorized, just attach it to the email that you send to us. Please specific instructions if any.

Samples?
Yes.  We’re happy to do samples for you once we’ve confirmed details of the project you have in mind.

What file types will the image be saved as?
Just about anything you want. We'll send a ai and PDFfile but if you request it we'll also send any of the following file formats:
AI, EPS, CDR, PDF, JPG,SVG.

Do I need to pay for any corrections I might have?
No, if you have any corrections to be made because we have misunderstood your instructions or if it is an error on our part, it will be done free of cost. New minor corrections are also done free of charge. Corrections on your part, if time consuming will be costed as per your requirement.

In what format can you output the completed work?
Just specify the format and Color preference (if any)you want returned.

Who carries out the work?
Our team of professional experienced vector artists recreate your designs. We do everything Manually and never do Automatic Tracing.
